What to Expect
If you are a MyHosting.com customer, you can expect to see significant improvements in performance and reliability as we implement a series of investments in network and system infrastructure upgrades. You’ll also notice enhancements in support as we transition from the current third party support provider to our in-house team of dedicated support agents, many of whom have more than a decade of experience going the extra mile for customers.
If you are a Hostway customer, you’ll also see a series of enhancements as we incorporate some of the amazing technologies developed by the MyHosting.com team and Ingram Micro across our hosting platforms – especially our VPS product lines.
Our plan is to build upon the innovative products and features the talented MyHosting.com team has deployed on the CloudBlue automation platform, and incorporate the platform broadly to direct and wholesale customers. Combined with our passionate support team, experienced systems operations team and skilled systems integrator, this strengthens our automation capabilities and our ability to offer additional value added services to customers and partners.

Finally, we’re also proud to be adding a second office in Canada in the great city of Toronto. Our new Toronto location joins our existing office and data center in downtown Vancouver, which has been a key part our DNA here at Hostway for more than 15 years. Hostway along with its subsidiaries and sister companies now have a presence in Austin, Chicago, Hanover, San Antonio, Seoul, Sofia, Tampa, Toronto and Vancouver.
