What type of information do you need from me to perform a migration?

Your Admin username and password
All mailbox usernames and passwords
Your source server URL
Open ports so we can connect to your existing server
To complete a migration, you must be able to arrange for DNS updates. Rest assured, we’ll help you every step of the way.
What if I have problems following the migration?
We won’t consider the migration complete until all data is verified to be in place and until you provide final sign-off
Will I experience any interruption during migration?
Absolutely not. There will be zero downtime and impact to your original email environment, meaning your email flow will not be disrupted in any way during the migration.
Will I experience any email data loss?
You will not. We’ll make sure to migrate all of your data in a safe manner. To ensure no email is left behind, we’ll perform a 2nd pass migration.
What happens after migration?
Once your DNS is changed, email flow will begin in your new and upgraded mailboxes.
