[11/15/2019 03:30pm EDT] This will serve as the final update related to this incident. We have identified the issue with a switch in our Austin Data Center. The hardware has been replaced and services have been restored.

[11/15/2019 2:30pm EDT] Our engineers are currently investigating an incident in our Austin data center. We are currently gathering a scope of the impact and working to re-mediate the problem. Regular updates will be posted here as the incident develops, through resolution.

We have repaired the issue with the shared drives and have contacted impacted customers. Everything appears to be back online. If you are experiencing any further issues please contact support.
